1:1 mentorship

The Uninstall

Not optimization. Not stress management. A consciousness-level rewrite. Direct 1:1 work for founders and executives who have hit the wall, ready to move from achieve-to-survive to create-to-express.

The trap of success

You built an empire. The peace never arrived.

Standard executive coaching focuses on optimization. It asks: how can we make you ten percent more productive? How do we scale your time?

This work takes a fundamentally different approach. We are not optimizing the Ghost Drive; we are uninstalling it. We look at the survival vows running your nervous system and systematically decouple your existential safety from your P&L.

This is not stress management. Stress management helps you carry the Ghost Drive more comfortably. This is a consciousness-level rewrite: finding the code, removing it, and building a life that runs on something you actually chose. If what you want is to feel less anxious about the same life, there are faster paths than this one. If you want the life itself to change, keep reading.

The architecture of the work

Three movements, twelve sessions

I

Illumination

You cannot delete code you cannot find.

Sessions 1–4, weeks 1–6

The passage opens with a full in-person day: deep history mapping, your first extended breathwork journey, and the start of tracing the exact moment your survival code was written. Weekly private sessions continue from there (the Excavation, the Mismatch) until the vow itself can be named in its own words, not just its symptoms.

What you leave this movement with: the exact wording of your vow cluster, the sentences that have been running your life below the level of thought. Most people carry more than one. Each gets its own work in the sessions that follow.

II

Extrication

Now that we can see it, we can delete it.

Sessions 5–10, the 90-day daily window

This is where the actual removal happens: the physical cup, the mental cup, the spiritual cup, three interconnected protocols, worked through breathwork, declaration, writing, and repetition over ninety days, roughly an hour a day, morning and night, held daily by Persephone between sessions.

Around day thirty, the old program fights back: what we call the extinction burst. A twenty-minute pulse call is already on the calendar for exactly this window, not a session, a checkpoint. Around day fifty-five to sixty-five, The Long March, a held checkpoint, not a closing. Nothing ends here. You take stock of what's held, what's resisted, and what's still live, and the vessel keeps emptying.

What you leave this movement with: an emptied vessel. The old operating system disavowed, burned, and forgiven. You will feel the difference physically.

III

Elevation

The cup is empty. Now we fill it.

Sessions 11–12, the final phase

The Rite of Completion arrives not on a calendar date but at ninety sessions of completed daily practice, this is the flex in "six months, flexible." A four-part rite: Return Testimony, Opening of the Letter, Settled Operating Statement, the Crossing, followed by the full Saminchukway initiation and a new daily stack.

Around month six, the Closing Rite: an integration harvest, the full Saywachukway teaching, and a four-part closing: Testimony of Emergence, Naming of What Was Built, Release of the Guide, the Blessing. What comes after is an invitation, offered in Mark's own voice, not an automated upsell.

What success looks like

More fully yourself than you have ever been

At the end of the passage, you will not be a different person. You will be the self that existed before the vow was written. You will be able to tell your story with feeling but without being hijacked by it. The pattern that brought you here will no longer be invisible; it will be named, disavowed, and replaced by something you chose.

You may still have hard days. The old neural pathways do not disappear instantly; they simply stop being the highway. The new pathway becomes the default. Over time, especially with the daily practices, the old road grows over with weeds.

This is not a program for people who want to feel calmer inside an unchanged life. It is for people who sense that calm is only the beginning: that underneath the exhaustion is a larger life waiting, and they are done postponing it.

The engagement

A twelve-session passage, six months, flexible

  • Twelve 90-minute working sessions across the full passage
  • Individual somatic breathwork sessions
  • Persephone holding the daily practice between sessions
  • Direct async voice access to Mark (Signal/Voxer), with a stated response window
  • A one-time spouse or partner briefing session
  • Availability limited to a small number of concurrent clients, to protect depth over volume

The investment

One price, no upsell inside the container

$36,000 for the full six-month passage, paid in full or across installments. One price covers Illumination, Extrication, and Elevation in their entirety, nothing to upsell once you're in the container.

Would you rather do this alongside others? The Uninstall Circle is the six-month cohort version, capped at eight founders, for $18,000. It is not open yet; the waitlist gets first access when the first Circle forms.

Not ready for the full passage? The Threshold is a private, 2–3 hour diagnostic intensive (history mapping, a first breathwork journey, and a written debrief) for $1,500, fully credited toward Uninstall enrollment if you continue.

Very few doors. All of them small.

The Uninstall takes a handful of clients at a time. If you are looking to ease the pain, there are gentler paths. If you are ready to raise your consciousness and rebuild from the root, apply.
